Office Administrator Position
Property 24/7 is recruiting on a permanent basis for a Junior Office Manager/ PA with an interest in property sales, lettings and management for their docklands based office. Properties 24/7 are seeking for an enthusiastic team member to help support the property business and team in a predominantly administrative role.
As a critical part of a relatively small team the successful candidate will be expected to have had previous administration/secretarial experience. You will require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, as well as outstanding organisational and customer service skills.
Also the candidate is expected to have strong IT skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office. A previous experience in the property and estate agent business would be an added bonus.
Please note that the successful administrator will be required to work Monday to Friday; 8:45am - 6:00pm and must live in commutable distance of the docklands/Canary Wharf.
